If he's trying to help other people through a group on Facebook great as long as he's not telling them he's the go between for them and BVG because in the end if someone has an issue they are going to have to file a ticket themselves.

If he's opening a support/teaching group where he is telling people how to get to forums, how to use the help button, how to file a ticket and other general YoWorld help then I can support that.

However this line concerns me (paraphrased) "I've contacted BVG and told them what needs to be fixed"

It just sounds like he'd be gathering other people's problems and possibly trying to report them to BVG which will slow down their already slow return time on support and it could also buy him a world of problems that he may not be expecting.

See...and all I see is someone trying to help. So instead of negative commentary, why don't people try to politely explain things to him? That's all that is needed here.

I see someone whose heart is in the right place. Nothing wrong with that.
