BVG are doing a fantabulous job. I love that they are re-releasing older items as well as adding new. The game was getting dominated by high prices that the average yo didn't enjoy. :)

I know typically in the spring/summer prices do tend to drop, but I think the lack of coins in game plus coin sellers and buyers being swept out of the game could be having an effect also.

It is magic. You let anyone who ever wanted an item buy a FG one for fractions of what the originals were selling for, you let them keep them, you strip away any way to earn legit large volumes of coins, you close down the coin hacks, you rid the game of players who only existed to sell coins, and then you set in the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 2 weeks while releasing unreleased stuff the masses always wanted.

Voila

Lower prices. And it will continue, no matter how much some groups would like to see them rise again. Just wait until BVG starts pumping out content people want - big time. They will be selling those Yoros to raise coins like a meth addict fresh outta 2 months in isolation. Take it to the Yo bank. ;)
