i think some players just report for fun, without good reasons .. i hope game admin can track and check the conversation & those players who report for fun to get banned instead

Banning just from being reported? People would report each other just to be mean!!!

Also, I think you are thinking of event specific bans, not bans in general.

I agree. They were pretty specific & said that a lot of people who WERE banned, claimed to be innocent & weren't.

I directly contact Greg, or the BVG team through FB. Greg replies awfully fast, BVG takes up to 24 hours.

BVG bans players that show constant misuse of the events they post

Theres no such thing as Legitimate Gambling Events....reported
Theres no such thing as coin doubling Events....Reported
Theres no place for sexually explicit events in a game with children present....reported
Events selling coins illegally still occour....reported
Events lookin to buy coin Events....Reported

Ive even seen a thread where begging events are being reported....because the beggars are not legitimate new players....but players that have been banned on their main and come back with an alt.....reported

BVG have had enough of Zynga's ways and wont tolerate it

That is unfair and replies take forever. I was hacked about 2 and a half weeks ago and I am still waiting for a reply on the situation and yet again it is really unfair when innocent people are getting banned yet there are hackers and scammers lurking about.

I agree with you Alex with the timeframe to resolve issues......but they are not the Staff Zynga had....had no idea of the volume of complaints they would get and try to keep up....although very untimely

Go on Yoworld and click the help tab near the top, it will have their email there.
