I'm not opposed to the strict new regime. A lot of other sites that involve moderators and forums etc, are just as strict. It's only the old Yo forums that got to be the crazy hostile environment that it was, because those in charge did not really care too much back then. I think if you don't cause issues you don't have anything to worry about, now. Those worried just have to think twice before they get overly involved with anything at the expense of others. Those who misbehave will be noticed all on their own with out having to be called out or pointed out at the status of beating a dead horse. It is what it is. I'm not worried. :) If folks act their age and are cautious they shouldn't be worried either. I like the respect that will come from having your forum account linked to your in-game account. Having a laugh is always good. But now people just need to be more optimistic and creative.

^^^^This. To add to what Robot said, I can attest to other gaming forums being strict. In all honesty, some other forums I have been on are WAY more particular about what is posted. There actually seems to be a lot more freedom on this forum and I enjoy it more than others. :D

I agree.

TBH the other forums I am a member to are way more strict than even this now. I'm on another forum where people get temporarily muted 3 times (3 chances before a perm ban). First mute is 24 hours, second is a week, third is a month, fourth is a perm ban. No questions asked. Any time behavior is shown that isn't with good intent, there is no "but I'm calling you out, so it's okay" . It's deadpan. So I personally will adapt just fine to here.

I think you are right. Gary posts something and then everyone gets bent out of shape about it, like he's going to take person A's account over person B's account. I think Gary is a right darn smart young man and he's going to be fair and investigate, but he ain't taking no BS, that's for sure. I for one look forward to seeing him lay the gavel to the wood.......

And I am in complete agreement with you, Renee.
