Moose hat is my absolute favorite item of this release, closely followed by the female hairs.

Hope there is more to come! I like BVGs take on the theme.

As for those wondering why now?? Well, eventually the hype over this movie will tone down. Maybe. ;-)

I think it's smart of them to get this release in and ride on the icy waves of success.

Well I'm glad you enjoyed in Ra. I, though, have a cousin and she's 4 years old. She is in LOVEEE with frozen, after i designed an avater using what things they just released she went insane! She was like "I'm her! I'm her!" It was adorable so i can relate

OP, Your face-shape is the reason the sideburn is like that. The hairs and hats are ALWAYS designed to fit the wider faces.

Pretty much every hair and hat I own has a gap in the same place because I use the skinny male face shape.

I've learned to accept that.

Why not have a winter theme at the summer? Zynga have do it in the past too.

Anyways, personally i really liked the clothes and the earrings, i like this theme more than 4july/canada!

On hairs tho well they kinda look wierd to me but i'm grateful we atleast have a new release and not just wait and wait for new stuff.

ehhhh... Unrealistic expectation, I'm afraid. Their default templates that they design on have always been that of the wider/average face shape, which I suspect will not change. They have always fit hats and hairs to the wider face shape, also it makes the wearable item female-friendly, too. This has been the norm since the beginning of customization on this game. I don't think the designers can be expected to give special attention to those of us who use the skinny face shape... It's more of a matter of dealing with the gap (I just see it as my hat being a big baggy), or finding items that don't have a distracting gap there due to your face shape...Just how I see it.
