Did you read the thread by Viking John that says they will not re release anymore? I support that stance. No more re-releases, please. And how about this? No more talk about re-releasing things.

I have no problem whatsoever searching for items. I usually end up overpaying for items that I really want and I don't mind paying extra because if I love the item. I buy and sell a lot because it's fun, and it's also fun to search for items. If you've seen my past posts you would know that I have been strictly against re-releases until now. :P

Well, also speaking as a supporter and also a collector/hoarder/decorator/yocash seller and also a player I do not want the themes re-released so please be careful before you paint us all with the same brush.

It wasn't fair for a lot of people in 2013 because many left, themes were brought in and pulled out left and right and there were always technical issues and lag that prevented a lot of people from even going into game. Not to mention the events were down for half of 2013... making it harder for some to get the items they wanted.

So all in all, 2013 wasn't fair for a lot of players. :)

I came here to tell the op that this is a great idea. Sorry for those who think different. Maybe a bunch of us can e-mail them and let them now how we feel about this op :) I know this would make the money roll in. And there's always gonna be new things to collect.

♥ Sorry, I'm just riled up! The forums do things to people...

Ha. I have been SO against re-releases in the past... I was one of the biggest voices back on the old forums and even on here. But... I just give up now, honestly, and I don't see why it should be fair for others to get what they want re-released (Celtic Cross was a re-release, idc how much time it was in stores for before...) and not for others. :?

I really wish people would realize the game has been sold to another company. They are under no obligation to keep bringing back stuff people missed. They are under an obligation to keep the game alive and to produce new merchandise. Can we stop living in the past? They finally released the Celtic Cross everyone had to have. Big Whoop. We all have it now. So now we have to get started with some new way of trying to get them to bring everything else back? Please give it a rest.

As far as those "big spenders" who left in 2012 and now are back who are demanding stuff they missed because they left, too bad. I am a big spender. I stayed. I continued to pay my money every month for VIP. Just imagine what I am saying to them because I will not type it here.

Joseph you would think that in the past you'd of known we weren't for re-releases. We've always been against them but I'm all for them now. I will help anyone ask for them back. In my opinion the Celtic Cross was a re-release no matter how anyone wants to look at it. It should of not been put back in game. One re-release is all it takes to ruin the way I like to play the game. So as of yesterday i'm all for re-releases and rolling in the money. Bvg has bills to pay :D

BVG said no matter what these items will never be re-released, but they may make new versions of it. But for now al arge majority of the game will not want re-releases, peopole quit over re-releases, but no one quits over something not being re-released

BVG does have bills to pay, re-releasing will bring in a temporary rise in yocash sales, then everyone would just lose their trust in BVG because who wants to pay yocash for something that will be re-released?

I'll post what I said on Gary's thread about recent releases:

What about these ideas?

viewtopic.php?f=2&t=16004#p336748

viewtopic.php?f=2&t=16004&start=20#p337703

Decorating isn't so fun anymore when every small item takes ages to find. And you can't even be sure if it fits the room without trying it in edit mode. I pretty much got tired of decorating because of these reasons, and I think I'm not the only one.

While many items are great as goals (Like I mentioned, 2008 costumes, hairs, furniture collectibles etc), having a fairytale fantasy sofa as a "goal", and looking for it for ages, isn't so fun while decorating (I have it, no sneaking, people! :P). That's only one item you need in a room. Then you need the chairs, table, bed... It can get frustrating to decorate this way when everything is impossible to find.

Agree to disagree???   :P

And on the subject of what people want, not that it's related to re-releases, I would very much like the quote system changed!! That 3 quote thing still annoys me...

also, the cross was in stores for less than an hour. BVG said in order for something to be a fair legit release it has to be available to all time zones. People may have missed the cross while cooking something, going to the bathroom, going out for one hour, being at work. People had a fair chance at the 2013 themes, saying they should be re-released because people quit is not a legit excuse
