In ex. lets say I held a contest and have a winner. So I visit their apartment and and send them a certain amount of coins/yc. But my coins/yc are protected/held (just like when you bid on AH) untill the other person logs in, gets the notification that they received a coin/yc gift, they approve and accept, and then the transition happens. If they don't accept like for a week, the gift gets canceled automatically by the system. And in all contidions, the sender should receive the notification like "your gift was accepted or refused or cancelled due to expiration"
This way everything will be trackable and secure.
Also I think, all gifting should be connected to a "accept / don't accept" system.
I dont think extending it to YC is a good idea. Just coins.
Why?

I would like to know how you feel if our accounts are secure without clicking on links or giving out info.
thank you

Because coins are earned and free. Most YC (except the small amounts that are won) is paid for with real money. It just makes it different in my opinion. I would have no problem gifting someone coins I earned. As a YC buyer I am way more picky about what I do with my YC that I use my real money to buy. Others may feel differently, thats just how i feel and my differentiation of it.
