Server Snake still the only thing on my load screen this morning . I guess the vikings are all on holidays now too and won't be back in full force 'til January ... Unfortunate that they could not fix the Server Snake problem before Christmas , because Firefox is unplayable for me , too much lag

My desktop app has been doing this now for nearly this whole week If i play through Facebook, it works just fine! Any news on how and when this is going to get fixed. Missing those daily gifts we get using the app they encouraged us for ever too and now look where we are!

whatever they are doing behind scenes for updates caused this issue so they are the ones who will find whats wrong

We have looked into it and there are no issues that are able to be identified at this time. It is working for nearly everyone, which is why we need to determine why some players are having issues.

Sooo many folks with the same Server snake issue.. I doubt that it is our fault ie: computer.. server... lacking??? Anything else i go to on my mac works just fine, except loading this game.
It gets me that it had to go down around this holiday!! I have no idea what has been offered in the last week.. and what I have been missing. These kinda things just keep making easier and easier to walk away for days.. then a week... then a month.. and then... bye bye!! LOL..

I havent been able to get in the game since before Christmas, always the server snake and that says I was disconected from the game, I published a post about it, was told to submit a ticket, I went back to the post to say I cannot do that as I cant get in the game, but the post had been locked,I have played this game sincee the beginning of yoville , but now I am coming to the end of my tether, my interest and my support, I have always given this game 5 stars, now I wouldnt give it 1 star

Im still not able to play either .... it is sad!!! Tho some folks seem to think since it hasnt happened to them, its no big deal. But it is... to those of us who keep seeing that server snake every time we try to log in for a week now..

Im down to checking in to see if i can get in without seeing the server snake only once a day now... skipped xmas day... no biggie...soon it will be a lot longer....

You can use FIREFOX but it might lag so much that it is unplayable , but you won't get the server snake there
Soon the Holidays will be over and I have faith in the Vikings that they will find what update caused the error and patch / reverse it , just a matter of a little more patience , after all they work hard all year also and deserve to have Christmas and New Years off work also

I use DuckDuckGo and I hear the server snake when it loads but never see it. I figured it was because of some site being blocked from following me on it. It could be a setting issue but I don’t know enough about them to suggest changing any. There are about 5 sites that get blocked every time I open the game including facebook and google.

Getting it repeatedly and or not able to go anywhere once I get in tonight. Sigh.

I have never had the snake until now...no fun.

This darn snake issue has only been happening on my computer for maybe little over a week now, most times I wait and can get in, today is different I been getting snake all day and can't get in.. Then I'm looking at post and others are complaining too, but then I see a response from the Vikings and I'm like oh now it's all on our end, for years we been playing and now all of a sudden its our computers. I'm getting tired of the Vikings blaming our computers when they do a so called "update" and then nothing works as was.... My VIP subscription is up and I'm wondering if I will renew it. I see many prominate players leaving game, selling all their stuff, wondering if I should do the same if I can ever get in again...

Ive had the issue since a week before xmas but wanted to mention something that may or may not work for you and others with this server snake issue. I kept hitting the refresh button and the server snake would pop up again and again... until maybe about the 8 or 9th time. Then the pop up was asking me to verify I was human. I did.. and then the game loaded for me.
Idk if it will work for you, but its worth a try It works for me about 90% of the time... other times, nope not gonna open!! ugghh!!!

yea am not having server snake anymore but it was crazy annoying,,u better stay where u at

Joking aside, 2025 happens to be The Year of The Snake

I hope they will fix it soon.

I changed my browser to Brave. It loaded and then gave me the snake.
