I do not understand the concept that a new player is unable to leave a message at your home. What is the harm in this and why are they being singled out?

I know there's alot going on with the game, but I was wondering when I'll be able to log in again? It just stops loading and wont let me into the game which is becoming extremely frustrating because its been more than 2 days since I've been able to get on and I thought it would be fixed by now :?:

hi been trying since yesterday but cannot still log in it has a timer saying 14 hours but when you try later it still says 14 hours so don't know what to do ,,,,
