I mean promoting your club with a thread is one thing. Sitting in here & "bumping" your own thread when nobody is responding will definitely not win you any respect around here. THEN start calling people out for injecting a little humor into your PUBLIC thread. That's never gonna fly without a few jokes. Just the way it is! There is a big difference between being funny and aggressive and when members of the group on who's post your are commenting asked very politely to keep it serious, some of you continued to 'be silly' as you put it. I call it being passive aggressive and is very disrespectful, and as I have already mentioned the same people do this on many posts, and you know who you are, time to grow up and realize this is NOT old forums.

And you can tell me to be serious, but I may or may not be serious. Just because someone tells me to do something doesn't mean I will do it.

The best thing this 'group' could have done was just ignore them, and laugh them off. You guys created drama yourselves by being so uptight about posts that actually did your group a favour- it bumped your thread up.

Nobody's being passive aggressive here! I don't think you know the meaning of those words. As for myself.. I'm being sarcastic/& trying to be funny. Yes, I do it on ALL threads. I also want mention, this may be a public thread but who's thread is it? Not yours! It's the same childish people that come along asking for attention, I'm not being funny or anything but most of us have "life's" not like many around here. I yes can have a laugh but with the snardy and aggressive comments I do not understand? And most to point out is that most are ADULTS that act about 8 years of age.... I mean c'mon seriously you would rather use aggressive comments towards kids, teens or people that want to play the game without a fuss? Please pull up your socks and realise what you are doing. Caspa, Don't mind any of the Idiots that Pass Snarky comments on your Thread, I honestly Think they are ruining the chance for your group to get members and that isn't fair at all. I hope your group gets far and good luck!

You're yelling at the same people that have kept your thread at the top of the forums. Yes I'm a childish adult, but I come here to have fun. As much as you'd like this thread to be kept neat and tidy with perfect applications, you're on a public forum where everyone has a right to express THEIR opinion, childish, funny, serious or otherwise. I have not seen any aggressiveness from anyone that posted "immature and childish" posts at all.

He did say he wanted this to be a serious thread.. the right thing to do in my opinion would be to respect his wishes and keep it serious..

Drama, drama, drama. I've never understood people who post on topics they're not interested in or dislike just because they can. It seems rather like a waste of time to me... I mean, I don't like heavy metal music, so I don't go on forums/music threads about it and say it sucks... I just avoid those forums/threads, lol.

I feel that if people want to have a club and others want to join, there's not a darn thing wrong with it and it's so NOT cool for others to ridicule them and be rude.
