I don't think you were proven right at all. There is no proof that he was being dishonest as you implied. The only reason I mentioned the rules is because you brought them up. Anyhow, the situation is resolved and hopefully he learned a lesson. I really hope you find some people in the game that you can trust to the level where you wouldn't mind lending out your pixels. Betrayal hurts in the game because normal players build friendships in the game, I have real life friends that i met in yoville. I woud be devastated if someone I friend-ed betrayed me.

You are right, it is only a game and the pixels aren't real, but I believe that if you treat people terribly on a game, that is who you are in real life. There is a real person behind the cartoon, and betrayal hurts. You seem so hung up on this idea that you win because he received a bat and you were right. It isn't like that at all. The point is, the person who betrayed him DIDN'T win. There are people in the game who have compassion for others and can look beyond the pixels. That is the lesson Matt learned today. Sweet dreams.

Cheryl, I never said you were right about him being dishonest. I think my post clearly states what I said you were right about. As I said earlier, I only mentioned the rules because you were the one to bring them up. How can you call out Gothma for breaking rules when you did it first? The other posters showed a lack of compassion but they did not call him names like you did and perhaps that is why people reacted to your post so strongly. I have not once called you a name. I simply pointed out my feelings on the topic. I won't respond to you anymore since you are just looking to be right about this. You can't point out someone being a hypocrite when you engage in the same behaviors. You attacked the OP first, did you not expect anyone to react to that?

Yes, A very lovely lady gave me a new bat! So there are still people that I can trust!

I also see a few people think it is not a scam, but realize this. When someone takes a item that doesn't belong to him/her. Then it is a scam. No matter how he/she does it.

Some people are just two faced, you just have to find out who your real friends are and who the fake ones are.

I learned it on the hard way now, but I am sure I won't make this mistake ever again!!

I have loaned lots of items to Friends.Sometimes yes they are honest and I get items back other times SAME thing has gone on that went on here... They keep the item delete me and off they run.Yes its unfair I would never ever do this to someone but it happens..I tend to make friends here and I tend be be called a soft hearted person cause I let my feelings do the thinking instead of my head..

I was not trying to get someone gifting me a new bat. I was just sharing my story what happend and trying to let people know that you must no trust people to fast.

I am honest and I admit it that it was stupid to do it. I should have thinked twice before just giving my item away.
All I wanted to do, is let people know that they don't need to make the same mistake as I did.

Also I already sent a private message to Autumn , that if BVG gives my bat back. That I will give hers back.

And i bet you also had a same experience once? I think most people on here have someone they trust even tho that he or she lives in a completely different country!
