1. But what about the people that were sleeping around the world at that time? Not everyone is in the same time-zone, some people might have been working.

2. How could that possible be considered fair? You are comparing an item that was only in stores for what some claim to be only a few seconds, to other items that could have lasted in stores for a few days.

3. If it's released, I highly doubt it will be released for that certain group of people. Then everyone will argue about how that's not fair. Why ever release it when its only for a small group of people?
