Yea I was having the same issue. I had to refresh several times, then it finally worked. I am also having the issue where the pop up keeps freezing me. It sucks having to keep refreshing.
Yes , this happens to me very often it says " Please wait" every time and sometimes deletes everyone but it works after maybe half an hour i hope BVG fix this
Luckily mine has been working, but many peoples buddies are down, hopefully it should be back up soon, which I am sure it will be because bvg care for their players. Hope this helps.
