Wondering why they took old VIP items from the store without putting a timer on them and will they be doing this to more stuff in store? I paid monthly for VIP items and never had a warning that they was going to be took from store. Now people are selling them like they was unreleased items 10m a pop when I paid good to be able to buy these items. Don't seem right that people that never even paid for VIP now have these items and I am stuck without them. Would have been nice to atleast have a timer on the items so people known they was leaving store.

Those VIP items should have been removed from the store when the theme they came from was removed, they most likely only stayed in store because of an oversite or something. I'm glad they're gone now because people kept getting scammed, I know, I know, you buy at your own risk but still.

That was all Zynga....had nothing to do with BVG.

Some of these themes are still in store and have not been removed from game. I understand the ones that have been but the ones that are still in store should have been left for us to buy and you could only get scammed if you didn't pay for VIP... There for they should have been more to them players...

There isn't a VIP now....hence VIP being gone.

Oh! Do you mean items like the Veterans Day eagle and items along that line? I think they should be added back to the store.

I am talking about old VIP section that we paid for when we bought VIP. Yes I understand that there is not a VIP no more and it was Z items but aren't all game item besides the recent release ??? They could have left the theme is store that are still in store and done away with the rest of them. When people realize the items I am talking about and realize how many there are in game you will see what I mean. Just a little bitter sweet cause I have paid to get these items once and now if I want them will have to pay millions. Either way just wondering if this will continue to happen or if we will have timers on items leaving store.

We (VIP) all lost access to the VIP store when our "free" access ran out after the closing announcement. The way they cut us off from that was pretty lousy. But being as there isn't any VIP program now I can see why there's no VIP store anymore.
If the items were to be returned to store.. only those former VIP should be allowed access. To give open access would be a slap in the face of those who paid.

They also could have wiped our accounts clean and made us all start from zero...... Just saying

truthfully would have rather started from the bottom again and would have made things easier on everyone

Well when you think the game is going to close kinda makes you not play the game and Yes I still paid for VIP thinking they would change there mind. Does that make me a bad guy because I cared enough for the game to keep paying to play even if I wasn't playing? Why do I feel I am being attacked cause I like to support the game. Its like saying I bought a membership at sams club but now that they have sold out to whom ever I can't get in. You would think that the company would grant the paying costumers there pass in hopes they would continue to support them. Sorry if I said something wrong here but really just not understandng this is all.

Who should've given the warning? Zynga stated they were closing the game...they stopped collecting VIP fees and stopped producing VIP items. BVG announced they were taking over Yo...but they never collected any VIP fees or made VIP items. So....you believe that BVG should've notified us that something they had nothing to do with was going away?

90% of the items that were wiped clean when the VIP vanished had been there for a VERY long time. I would think that if you had wanted something you would have got it then. I was a VIP member up until about 3 months before Zynga stated they were closing the game and there is nothing in there that it needs to be reopened for, in my opinion. I stocked up on absolutely every theme before the game transferred to BVG as I didn't know what would survive the tip over and what wouldn't. I'm hoping that when BVG finds some time they create a new VIP program for us. I really enjoyed it until it became just a money grab as we weren't getting any new items or hairs to justify continuing to pay into it.

Maybe Zynga didn't include their VIP programming as part of the sale? Or just didn't transfer it over? Who knows? Regardless, the stuff is gone, it is not unreleased items so I really doubt you are going to see them back in the store anytime soon.

Edited to add that for a few weeks leading up to the transfer people couldn't even buy items from the VIP section anymore. It was shut down for business before BVG ever took control of the game.

By the way I was VIP from day one till it ended not just 3 months sorry
