This is what I got back from BVG customer support today from a buddy list issue I had last week: In regards to your issue, we are aware that the recent update that we performed for buddy lists caused issues for some members of the community. We have since addressed this issue and buddy lists should be working properly now. If you are still having issues with it please let me know what is happening now so that I may further investigate the issue.
