I definitely agree!

And they need a way of enforcing it too... like asking for an ID, or asking for credit card information (without actually charging the card) or something... that way the kids are truly put on the kids server.

Doesn't do any good when they can lie about their age on facebook...

As for the CC verification...many adults, me included, don't have one

Then an ID verification, or a debit card verification.

Well some can take the chance of lying about their ages but many wouldn't want to get caught lying so they'd go to kids server. I do know there's kids that hang out with adults when they should be hanging out with their own ages. In my opinion there's a lot of reasons they need to split servers.
