I've no idea why these costume re-releases are called potions and never have? Is it a new name they're giving broken clothing.. Idk

I have the same question. Is this potion only for a limited number of times the costume can be worn or is it a permanent costume?

Apparently they were created by Zynga for some special theme that they could never get to work, so they never released them. that's what I've read a few times anyway

Yes they are permanent. The new ones are not animated. Only the Blue Monster is.
