I've been having so many issues with YoWorld lately, it's ridiculous and aggravating :x Although I don't stand alone it seems nothing is really being done to fix the problems/issues the game currently has. Yet there are always new items being put out in store and when an update or maintenance happens, the problems/issues still aren't fixed. I really like YoWorld and I'm a Gold Supporter (if Platinum then Diamond was an added grade to the Supporter feature, I'm sure I'd be diamond) but all the issues I've been having are all too much. I'm considering taking a break and checking back on the game to see if changes towards the problems/issues have been made. Please try to focus on fixing the game entirely before you begin to focus on creating/making new items to further make money. Thank You :D

They've been working very hard at fixes as well as new stuff.

Here's the problem:

If they only do fixes, people complain there is no new stuff. When they do new stuff, people complain there aren't enough fixes.

My god, they've done an AMAZING job so far. Give them some time!

This would be a MUCH more constructive and useful post if you stated the exact issues you are having (and would like fixed) instead of focusing simply on how much you have paid to play. JS. :) That doesn't help anything get resolved, that prompted you to post this.

What exactly do you want fixed? List the issues at hand so they can work on them if they decide to read your feedback.

If people don't make so much begging for "New items" threads on the forum, then maybe they would hold out on items. ;)

Well first this way at least they are making money, If they didn't release items they would be making no money and making more debt...
Also different teams or people work on different things.. Designers design and developers develop ;)

Could it be your internet connection and/or computer causing the issues you're experiencing? For me, I have issues when I'm on my older laptop but zero issues on the newer one.

We all know that the Auction House needs sorting out. So I'm guessing thats one. I would like to be able to hire people to help me out in the factory, or is that last position impossible to fill. I have a friend who gets a pittance at the factory because she doesn't have enough neighbours. Thou she has sent me a dozen neighbour requests I have yet been unable to accept even one of them. Thats just a couple of issues off the top of my head. I think the OP has a good point. At the same time, BVG needs to remain viable while they implement new features and fix existing problems.

Artists and programmers have very different jobs. New art to enjoy definitely doesn't mean we aren't working hard to fix game issues. What specific problems are you encountering?

There's a bunch of behind the scenes things that happen constantly to keep the game running and working, but liveblogging it all would be a lot of work and would prevent us from getting things done. It also wouldn't be very interesting for 99.9% of players. For example, today several developers spent a lot of time troubleshooting connection limit issues which turned out to be caused by our server hardware provider randomly dropping IPV6 support for the YoWorld servers, which was in turn causing timeouts with Facebook and long loading times, especially noticeable on gameload. It also resolved some Auction House issues too.

To reiterate, we're in this for the long haul. If we just wanted to profit and not concentrate on making the game better, we wouldn't have saved this game. There are easier ways to make money.
