Hello Vikings,

I have a friend who is at the verge of tears every passing day because a week ago, she stared experiencing extreme HORRIBLE problems with YoWorld. She has told me all about her problems and now feels like the problems won't ever be fixed. Her game loads to 80% about 70 percent of the day, if she does get on she gets can't find server notices and can't identify account, she is unable to travel, load auction house or even edit. She has updated her flash, increased her flash storage, deleted flash and re-installed, deleted the game and re-installed. She has called her internet provider to check the speed and the speed was great! She has turned off her modem and turned back on, deleted cookies and history a million times, freed her disk space,checked her firewall and tried Explorer,Chrome Firefox, Opera and other internet browsers all same problem She has done EVERYTHING you can think of to fix the game and NOTHING works for her. She's a LOYAL player!!!
She has tried to write tickets but never gets a reply back as of yet. She is about ready to throw the towel in. Please fix her game, she has told me all her problems and I am relaying to you. She is from Australia and wants nothing more than to get back on game and support BVG games.
She needs some real help now!!! Vikings are you going to fix this? Please fix!!! She doesn't deserve to suffer like this.

There are many other people who are having similar problems,currently I think waiting it out is the only option.
I could be wrong but...She has tried everything else...I know this really doesn't help but it's the only answer I think you are gonna get...:(

She has done pretty much all I can think of - Pls be aware it is taking at least 10 days to get a reply back from a ticket. They are getting so much mail, that it takes that long.

Only other suggestion I might think of .. on one of the times that she can get in.. would be to try and change her default house, there may be an object that is causing her problems. I understand her frustrations as I had a similar problem for about 8 hours yesterday.. I seem to be better today. I can't imagine a whole week of it.. Good luck to her.

If she manages to get into the game, tell her to clear out her inventory as much as possible, I had similar problems, it took a long time to sell stuff from my inventory but I got there eventually. I know I lost a lot of money doing it, but it did work.

Honestly the vikings can't do much - I don't think so, they don't do tech support, they can just pass information on. The forum and support are two diff entities I believe, she will have to wait for support to reply and figure this out. Pls have her try what I suggested above and good luck once again.

Mya, TY for your suggestion however my friend has already done this and her problems still are constant and not easing up. PLease Help BVG, Your team is the only ones who can fix this!!!!!!!!

we have the same problems too sometimes from about 9am to 2pm our time (we are in OZ too) AH wont load, sometimes game wont its a time thing with everyone on the same server ...our best time to play is when others are asleep
Course a good computer helps too, you didn't say what she's trying to get on the game with

That's what I was thinking as well. Maybe there's something in her default home that is causing the issue. I've seen it happen to others before.

See if she is able to get on using this link to the coffee shop: https://apps.facebook.com/playyoworld/i ... server=600 . If she can, she might want to try making a different home her default login home.

Yes have her try this! There are problems with some of the older homes and apartments that will not load until they fix them, and they have been apparently getting to them one ticket at a time. I had this with four of my homes, the game freezes when trying to enter. If she can get to the Realtor after the coffee shop and buy a new property, it can be a cheap coin avenue, and make that her default she can at least get in the game. I hope this helps.
