Due to the fact how bad Zynga wrote Auction House it's full with glitches. I think it should be entirely re-written or the code should be revisited at least.

From what I've seen so far it looks like BVG is putting a lot of effort into making Auction House better.

bvg needs to get rid of selling items for yocash in the auction house. they need to put more time to see what is really going on with players charging 100x the normal cost. there is scamming going on. using the auction house to transfer coins and yo to other players. other day i saw a santa outfit in there for 5000 yocash
