this is just a guess, but probably because these items had issues with them and they can't fix.....looks at the new cat so um anything wrong with the new kitty yet? :oops: :lol:

It happens, I guess sometimes items have to pass certain tests, and if they don't pass, they are just not released.

Its possible that BVG might not be able to released a few items as well, some of BVG's items might stay unreleased.

In my imagination BVG and the Vikings are looting banned hacker accounts and then releasing the hacked items. :lol:

Not all items were unreleased because they didn't work. Either they just didn't have a theme for it to go with or just because they had other things instead. Why they kept the items in the data base, I don't know. But then again I don't know why they let the hackers stick around or never tried to fix their mistakes either.
