I know zynga is a bad company, but when i played in 2009 before i quit, i lost all my items and coins due to a hacker, and all my stuff was recorvered in 2 days :P Maybe they cared in 2009 and slowly stopped caring. But i do agree BVG team shows they truly do care about us very much and want us to know that

That is true.
I remember my correspondence and experience with Zynga support in 2010 and 2011 was great.
In 2012 it became a disaster.

Well yes indeed i came for a short time in the beginning then left due to my personal life ...Never had much contact with support until i returned a few years ago ...One email i received from Zynga after the auction had just started ...As i had a problem with 50s dinner units. I had bought three of them in the auction but two would not load back up to trade ....They came up as starter items....Basically Zynga told me that they never came from the auction ...And it could be considered a scam. And against there rules ...I never really could forgive them for that .....But i was kinda in too deep with the game and my artwork . To walk away ..As it so happens ... i outlasted them

I have Zen rugs, recliner chairs, table lamps and a blue table that I know full well I bought from the store guess what ?? "free gift" yep arrrghh
As for Z naa they didn't care at the end that's why they flooded the stores with all those themes 2-3 a week in hindsight they were clearing out the backlog before closing

I always had a good repertoire with ZYNGA, but BVG seems more transparent with us and I really like that! A good company will listen and interact and they do on a daily basis....what's not to like about that?

Well this is the way i see it ...I think Zynga see that all there games has a life span .. which is just business. It goes on all the time . The problem is that the people that play yo world don`t or never saw it that way. Myself included

The treatment we get is obvious, we can even hangout with the BVG VIKINGS and I love that they are very accessible. BVG by far has been doing a great job! I will always support them.

Both have positive and negative aspects. Zynga's negative was overwhelming though, at least BVG cares and it shows. Zynga was in it for the money only, which is very important but BVG has shown that it's more than that.

This is how I feel. I LOVED my first three or four years playing, logged in just about every day. I started slowing down with the heavy, fast releases and then the re-releases. At one point the auction house brought me back from a close moment of throwing in the towel. Gosh I had fun with the AH in the beginning! The last year with "they who shall not be named" was really sad, drawn out, and made me see within what I would miss in the game.

I really think that if "they" had been more customer oriented, long term thinking, and cared about the game they would still be making money. The VIP program was going well it seemed, I certainly stayed in it until almost the end. It was REALLY not nice how in the end they bled the game almost dry and then took the money and ran. What hurt the most for me before BVG rescued us was remembering all the artists, energy, creativity, and I will use the word love, put into our world and about to be deleted like it didn't matter.
