Contact support. Sorry to hear this.
Use the trading section of the forum. Slower it is, but it is way more reliable .

Jules xo (181541664) wrote:Well this is to the yc dealers: I was selling 20 yocash, and had a girl coming to my event she said that she'll buy them for the rate 1:60. She wanted to buy a Mississippi Purple Bracelet for 20 yc which was in the auction house. First of all 1:60 is very high, few are willing to pay this, second, who would want a bracelet for 20 yc? I just reported her and poofed and said "Smart Scam". This bracelet in the AH was obviously her item. So, I would be buying her item for 20 yc, and then I would be 20 yc short. Yes, this is probably the most brilliant scam out there. Watch out don't fall for it!
