I was thinking to myself ....You know all the workers at B V G ...Sitting down looking at the tickets coming in one after another.....It never stops as soon as they clear one pile, a new one grows ...So who is up for a none ticket day,? .....To show our appreciation, ....

50% Thats a high number i was thinking about one in three ....But you could be right ? However this does not include the forum .....As i believe most are honest here. Because that`s the reason we are here in the first place ?

I haven't submitted a ticket in years, after realising Zynga's incompetence. Since BVG have taken over, I haven't felt the need to submit a ticket as they haven't failed me as a YoWorld player thus far.

People will report to BVG every time their feelings get hurt or they pay less on an item than they could have. It's not fair on them.

In the office of B V G ...They have there very own ticket day ......Similar to the ones in the good old U S of A

Really? Lol. BVG is a business...they need to have a way for players to resolve problems. If they are overwhelmed with tickets, they need to become more efficient in processing them or hire more people to read them.

Well yes i agree B V G is a business ....But the whole point of this post Andromeda ...If i may call you so ?
Is that we. As responsible forum peps show an example. And not submit tickets unless its necessary. I mean say you have lost something in the auction. Its OK to mention a little thing as well ... Mind you there are a few people that want everything perfect. So i am told ?

As much as the forums could have a "no ticket day" there are probably so many unanswered questions they'd need a "no ticket month"

The problem is that some people probably submit tickets for stupid things like, "I have lag!" or "Are you gonna release 08s? Because I'll quit if you do!" If people kept it only to issues like missing stuff or not being able to log in, etc. I don't think they'd be so overwhelmed

That and the tickets created a job for someone. Not writing up a ticket when a glitch happens will not only slow down a claim for you but for the next person as well. Waiting a day to give them a break will not help since they have to then take care of the ticket at some point no matter what. I do not think this is a suggestion that would work.. and actually might back fire on some so no.. if you do not need a ticket great, but if a glitch happens please make out a ticket, that is what they are there for.
