The Cthulhu gave me an idea that could combine 2 things already in the game for an item that might sell like crazy. There are several animated butterflies in the game, I personally like the crafted orange one. You could put it out in several colors & use the Cthulhu programming to have a butterfly flapping behind you as you play.

Another thing I'd love to see is a pet Black Widow spider for Halloween! Free roaming like a cat or dog, license option & when U click play it goes into scary mode with her front legs fanned upward like she's gonna get you., or maybe she cocoons you, since there's a collectible that can do that
