I have some problems in the game. Hot dogs are not working and coins / gifts from neighbors not pass. Has anyone the same problems?

Same here. Says I got a hot dog but when I go to the factory, I didn't. I do visits & click the gift but no coins or chest/nightclub box/key.............nada. Please fix this. A girl has to earn coins you know :roll:

A lot of people have had this same problem. I have 9 visits to use today but from what I've seen, I'll get nothing from it so I see no point. I think BVG may be working on fixing this though. Give it time and I'm sure it will be up and running again in no time! :mrgreen:

me too. I visit & the coins dont add up.
also, I was doing jobs. the coins would pop up & say 15 or whatever, but they never got added to my total

Did you refresh after this happened to see if the coins would show? Make sure to keep an eye on the coins both before and after you refresh. :mrgreen:

Btw when I do the slots, it doesn't post a free spin for ppl. Could you fix that too? It would be nice to receive free spins again, it's been a long time since we received those.

I visited friends this morning.Clicked gift boxes > Nothing.I waited an hour refreshed it said to visit friends again! <Nothing! So IDK

I clicked on the gift box and it stated calculate to 1 of 9 neighbour, but after I refreshed, it down to 0 of 9 again.

It asked me to confirm in my mail.. went there and it wants me to log into my facebook account.. Is this a scam??? or is this BVG??
