I purchased picture frames about a month ago and it will not let me upload a photo. I've tried several times. I've seen friends that have photos in their homes. Will this ever be fixed where we can upload our own photos?

Yes me too, it said the feature is disabled. Also, the picture frames make my game run very very slow/stop running that I have to put them back in my inventory. That's annoying.

This should be an easy fix. I've no idea why this isn't fixed in about 30 minutes. It is as simple as repairing the frame path. I do know whenever Z worked on these there was serious lag until the changes finally took throughout Yo.
