this is a repost since the one got lost under "nothing in new update" comments. i think this has been said before on here but it would be cool if we where able to sell our houses, not just for coins and disappear but to other player, if you where to buy a house at the realtor office you would get maybe a piece of paper or something which would be like a deed to the house and tradeable.

I'm not sure making them tradeable to other players is a good business decision for BVG. Right now if a player wants a yocash house they MUST buy yocash. If they become tradeable then players wouldn't need to buy yc...they could just buy from other players.

that's a good point however yocash items are already sold in auction house,trade centers and auctions.i understand it would be different for house in some ways however if we where able to sell house to each other people may still buy yc to buy house to sell.

I'd love to be able to sell them back to the game. Making them tradeable with others would be bad though. Can you imagine the can of worms it would open up? Lots of complaints from peeps saying that they accidentally left their most valued item in the house .

haha yer that's a good point as well, spos they'd have to make it so everything u put in the house is put back in you'r inventory

Selling/Deleting houses is a good idea!

But then it would still be 5% of players buying yocash....BVG needs to get more people to buy in addition to people buying more yocash.
