Hi was just wondering what seems 2 be an average time for an e-mail response any one know? only asking as i'm locked out due to wanting a link code as app didn't work for me...ty 4 any replies.

Depends, they get many e-mails, longest its taken me is 6 days, shortest, the very next day.

It may take a about a week for some.

Took me 2 weeks. One week for the first email and another week for a closure email of some kind for my case.

Being unable to get in deserves a swift response. You can't get in, you can't spend money. Report your post and also put it in bugs. If you report your post someone should see it.
