I emailed support 4 or so days ago now about not being about to get in the game cuz the yopass incident I made and I still haven't got an email or anything back, I tried msging them on Facebook, left another email and now I just called the headquarters and left a msg for them to get back to me, if any Vikings are on - CAN YOU PLEASE FORWARD THIS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE?! I'd like to get back into YoWorld by tonight =(

E-mailing them IS customer service. Be patient, they're bombarded with who knows how many emails a day.

It usually takes 7-10 days to get a reply. You need to be patient, I'm afraid.

Just to put it out there - I also used to get a 48hr turnaround in response times when I had to contact support,sometimes it was faster. And no I'm not related to any one @ Zynga :lol:

I always got replies within 24-48 hours too.

Yup! I tried calling Apple and they were on a Holiday, Canadian one anyways because I live in Canada
