The choices for decorating the frosted palace without spending Yocash are $8000 each times 3 plus the last ask your choices are spending only yocash! Not fair and I am not playing this one.

I'm not entering either. The only options for "seating" are YoCash and we need two items. :grr

I seldom buy yocash items for gem events. I just buy floor tiles from YoDepot to meet the required 3 items and to fill the bonus bar. I hide them behind trees or under rugs or something. Then I just use yocoin items from other themes to decorate any way I like. I dont want my rooms to look like everyones anyway.

feel the same way i dont understand why they choose random words for things that dont even exist they dont even have a seating option on the new theme :grr

and the few seating items in store all yocash

me too, however in this case the item needs to have the word "seating" in it, so there are only yc options.

i already own at least two items with the "seating" word in them, so it won't be a problem for me to hide those items in the room
however this will be impossible to fulfill for those that don't have those items or don't want to spend yc.

they should always have coin options for requirements for the room.

These are great ideas but they still don't solve the problem of having to buy 2 YoCash items - none of which fit the theme btw - to enter the GE. The only items that meet the "seating" requirement are in the furniture store so going to the Depot for tiles won't work in this case.

I dont even know if I own anything with the word seating in it. Whoever set this up wasnt thinking about how these little details are actually very important.

Well, I have a green seating decorated table in my inventory, but nothing else. Items with the word seat dont work, and I dont see any yocash items in the store with seating in the name that I want to buy. I will look in my used inventory for something, and if I dont have anything there, I wont participate either.

Making one of the requirements "seating" & requiring 2 when the only options are yocash is extremely unfair to many players. Shame on you BVG. Full stop.

So annoying! I have nothing in my inventory with the word "seating", I've already spent 20yc, so I'm not going to waste anymore on items I don't want.

Spend 30yc+ to hopefully win 30yc? I don't think so! Looks like I'm sitting this gem event out!

Not to mention.....(i don't know if it's been mentioned yet)....none of the "seating" items that we do have available match! They are not pink, or red or minty colored. They would look absolutely gross in this room. I like to vote for rooms that follow the rules for the most part. But if I saw a room that had the seating options available in this room....YIKES.

Forced to buy with YoCash, no points either.
It seems like Gem Challenge forces us to spend money to buy Yocash. I tried to use the available seating, but it was not counted as the required seating. Even though I had bought a furniture pack for outside, this became unusable for the gem challenge, So disappointed cos of it.

am just wondering when they will increase the price of floor/wall tiles (floors like 1200 now was 1000 i think)since everyone suggesting using them and they see oh wow ppl buying tiles and we cant make so much money lets kill it :drool:

Try checking your inventory and search "seating" under "in use" maybe you have some that you can borrow, I found a couple on mine.. gl
