I ofc have no idea regarding the one you posted.....it does *look* legit though and the proportions look the same to me

It's called Designer Chat

You have to have submitted a design and then ask to be added via support ticket - otherwise it won't be visible to you

of course if you can make layers on what ever programme you use the template can be any background any colour it doesn't matter if you know how to make it disappear
no one actually draws straight onto the template layer

Some player designers do actually

Not everyone knows how to use design programs with layers etc - designers of all skill levels are welcome to submit their work......there's a competition sticky up now saying exactly that

Raster / non-vector art is perfectly acceptable, as is hand-drawn

Admittedly, vectorised art is easier to be put into the game, however, other methods definitely aren't ruled out

If players can get their 100% hand drawn items into the game, where no avi template whatsoever was used - you can definitely use that one
