I purchased an entry VIP subscription, then changed my mind and canceled it. I reconsidered and updated to a premium. I chose the premium for the unlimited numbers of items you can post in the auction. Sadly, that was not the case. I could post the usual number even with the membership. Years ago I had a VIP subscription which gave me 5 yocash per month and a larger selection and more elaborate items in the VIP store. I subsequently decided that the reasons for keeping the membership did not outway the reasons for canceling it. Therefore I canceled the premium as well. The purchases do not show up in my log, nor did the refunds. How do I proceed in order to reclaim my money for the canceled memberships?

:eh: :eh: I did receive word back from BV on my trouble ticket, and was told they would ask me at the beginning of the month whether or not I'd like to keep my VIP membership. Sadly, that did not happen. I neither receive a monthly bonsus nor do I see desireable discounted items in the VIP store. I'm very perplexed and disappointed in the customer service on this matter. I feel I am getting no perques nor advantages for my membership and am seemingly not able to cancel it. I would appreciate some useful advice on how to proceed. Thanks.
