I did receive word back from BV on my trouble ticket, and was told they would ask me at the beginning of the month whether or not I'd like to keep my VIP membership. Sadly, that did not happen. I neither receive a monthly bonsus nor do I see desireable discounted items in the VIP store. I'm very perplexed and disappointed in the customer service on this matter. I feel I am getting no perques nor advantages for my membership and am seemingly not able to cancel it. I would appreciate some useful advice on how to proceed. Thanks.
