Hey Everyone!

We have just released a change that we hope will help with the stability and loading issues some of you have been experiencing lately.

If you continue having issues (Server Snake or loading issues), please respond to this thread and let us know.

It would also be helpful to know what browser you are using and which version of Windows/Mac OS.

Server Snake is still alive and well on my screen ... nothing has changed unfortunately ... but I have great faith in you Vikings that you can find and fix the problem :thumbsup: Happy New Year to all :heart:

Still getting the snake and other issues as well like the game restarting (no warning or error message). Ads are a mess too.

Hello...I'm still having loading issues. It doesn't matter if I choose Chrome, Firefox or Edge. It still freezes up. I have windows 11. Please help me. :)

Hi! I am still getting the Server Snake on my regular browsers BOTH when I try to go through Facebook OR through the dot com site. I even tried collecting hot dogs to get me in both ways, but was unable to collect and immediately got the Server Snake screen. I AM able to get in by using Firefox (which I installed as my 4th browser) yesterday. BUT I have not tried collecting hot dogs via FB on that browser because, frankly, I am afraid to try and FB always seems to mess everything up so I don't want to try. The only problem I have with Firefox is it sometimes freezes when I am going into my inventory to decorate or change outfits, but I am able to reload and get back in. So far. I hope this helps. I sent you a reply email a couple days ago with the info from the Network tab (my son helped me get if for you). I would prefer NOT to have had to install another browser but at least it works.

hi,

Last 3-4 weeks since I payed for ads removal the game freezes. basically this is not playable. stop me buying and enjoying my game all together.
I thought removing the ads will improve but since the side ads came back to game the entire game is junk and very weird.
I have a brand new apple m3 pro, running on sequoia 15.1.1. this machine is a beast!
P>S: the side ads are horrible addition on the game also the new game format ads consumption is strange too. just doesnt go very far.
I know most part of the game need to fix but if you don't fix this then everyone leave as this doest work no more.

macOS Sequoia.
1. On Safari: The game randomly freezing and cannot even quit Safari. Only force quit works.
2. On Chrome: I get long time beachballs (wait sign) even for 1-2 minutes, while all game is freezing.
3. On Firefox: Cannot even start the game.
Conclusion: I don't know what deals you have with who, but the game makes an insanely traffic.

Game still freezes constantly today. Hasn't improved. Have to refresh many times to get into the game and while playing it freezes constantly. It is still freezing. Just no snakes today but same issues we have had for a couple of weeks. Tried both in FB and yoworld.com. I get disconnected from the game while playing also.

This has been my curse as well. I do not know WHAT is locking it up. But it happens about twice an hour, usually right after my initial log in. The second log in usually clears it, but not always.

Something has been rotten with the game for about 2 weeks now. It can be worked around, but man is it irritating.....

while im able to get logged in

my mouse isnt responsive - making even changing my clothing time consuming
because of the lack of response from the mouse — you end up clicking and clicking .. how can you be frozen with no response and then have it sort of catch up and load all the clicks

my guess u made changes on side ads (pay up and get rid of them) caused this mess,,everytime u add things to game or make changes bring more problems pffft :drool:

Sorry to hear you're having issues as well, my default browser is
Chrome Version 131.0.6778.141 there is an intermittent lag issues but great with Ads. I also use Edge Version 131.0.2903.99... both great. When I get the snake server which is seldom, the issue is across the board. Give those 2 browser and version a try, might help

FIRST OF ALL,HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU VIKING PEOPLE ,HAVE A GOOD BIG VIKING YEAR...and try to fix ads,plss...it works only rendom or not at all,snakes ..I beat them with my chrome,again an again,its *refraish* war indeed lOl
