Am I the only one tired of having a whitish face with a body that does not match at all? The skin tones are all a little too dark, or too yellowish. Why can't we have a more accurate skin tone? If you choose a darker colored make up face, you can actually match quite well... but all the lighter color ones look like your head is floating on top of someone else's body :/
Please Viking... add a skin tone that fits!

What's happening is, face cases are designed with three tone levels - light, medium, and dark. They are designed to be complementary with a very short list of skin flesh tones and none of the colorful ones.

I do kind of understand why Player designs have a specific vision, it's their hallmark. I know a Pierre A or Gods GANSTZ design from a mile away. It's unique to each designer.

The newer BVG designs are no better. In fact, face contours work on only a single face shape. They used to be universal.

Time isn't being spent on considering how their makeup will sit on ALL skin tones.

For the Player Designers, I understand why. It annoys me, but I get it. They're only being compensated with in game currency for their time and effort.

BVG designers should be encouraged to widen their view and remember that more than three skin tones exist.

thanks. I understand too... and you are right for the face shape. I had some problems finding the one that fit. As for the skin tone though, sure they added new ones a while back but they are either yellow or tan/brown and sometimes both :/ Since they take the players concepts that actually don't cost them anything, maybe they should work on different skin tons to work with those player conceptions. I have bought a load of them that I never use because of it. I just wish we had a choice between white as snow and yellow. lol They might sell more kits. :P

I noticed that too. They don't have a rosy tone for our skin and I've had a lot of problems trying to match my body to my face. The closest match that I have found to compliment a rosy tone is White Skin Tone 009 and it is free in the Salon. I hope that this helps you

I can't remember the last time I bought a face case. The contours are hideous, dark shading on all of them giving that emaciated look and the white glow on top, just no. The eyes on most are so small and squinty I can't even see the colour. While some may look ok in edit mode, very often that doesn't seem to translate well in game.

Hello, the only thing I can think of is layering a whole whiter skin first then the rest, there is one I use which is called Light Skin Tone 007 MR2017.

I just looked it up at the Salon there is one for free!

Good luck. :)
