Please fix the friend visits so you can collect from 10 friends. Many of my friend visits don't work and I've complained about this for years. Please fix the photos. Please fix the ads. We don't want to keep spending money on a game that has so many problems and the problems continue witthout ever getting fixed. I'd also like to see a Steampunk theme instead of the same old themes over and over. I'd also like it if you actually made furniture for every room in the new houses you create. Thanks.

What is the problem you're having with visits?

The problems have been going on for so long now I am doubting that BVG know how to fix them!

What about also fixing the "custom sorting" of properties! That has been broken for ages now and I get stupid responses not even worth the copy and paste they do! Nothing gets fixed, once it's broke it is broke... well so it seems!

I hope they fix the friends visits for you and since you asked so nicely, every other fix you requested but, forgive me if I don't hold my breath!

I changed up the random 10 by removing some players that hadn't played in ages .
changing your buddy list bumps the list around and changes the random 10 in red on the right

OR you can scroll your buddy list and visit those you choose
and those who don't appear at all aren't a high enough level for you to see ,
if you have more than 500 buddies and they're a lower level than your lowest buddy they wont appear in thier room , you can still collect the visit box if you go to them you just wont see them if they are offline

As for Selfies I'd love those to work as well , try using Facebook they do work outside the Bank and outside Vinnies still for some reason but not anywhere else

I know you get 10 visits. When I click on some of my friends, I get no reward and they can't see that I've visited them. I been reporting this for years and so have some of my friends and it has never been fixed. I'm only doing the 10 visits but they should work for any of the 10 friends I pick, and they don't. I know that others have this same problem.

I do delete people who haven't played in years, that's not the problem. I'm visiting friends who have been on line that very day. Thanks for trying Missy Angel but none of that applies to what I'm having happen.

This is the cause of that issue. I have been having the same issue since December 2023. I have posted this info in several different threads.

You can have 1,000 Buddies in your Buddy List, but only 499 on your Neigbour Ladder. The only ones you can visit and see will be those who are at the lowest level on your Neighbour Ladder and those who are higher than that. Anyone who is lower than the lowest level player on your Neighbour Ladder won't show in your room if they visit you and you won't be able to see them in their room when you try to visit them either. I have many that visit me, they can see me but I can't see them because they are a lower level player.
In addition to that, adding new Buddies when doing hangout's will bump the lower level Buddies off your Neighbour Ladder if those new Buddies you added are at a higher level.

I definitely know for an absolute fact that what I stated above is an issue. I had 2 Buddies that visited me everyday and I visited them back for months and then all of a sudden I could no longer see either of them in my room, so I paid them a visit and I couldn't see them in their rooms and there was no visitor box, either. I needed to figure out why this was happening all of a sudden, so I scrolled all the way through my neighbour ladder and neither of them showed on there. I then scrolled through my Buddy List and removed people that hadn't played in quite some time (I had quite a few). Then I scrolled through my Neighbour Ladder again and both of those Buddies were now showing on there, so I paid them a visit and they showed in their rooms for me again and there was also a visitor box.

My lowest level player on my neighbour ladder currently is at level 275 and I only have one showing at that level, so anyone else who is also at that same level and lower won't show in my room if they visit, but they can still leave a message.

When you click this you will visit a random player that is showing on your Neighbour Ladder and you will be able to see them in their room and there will be a visitor box to collect from it.

Not so, it is not working that way with me or my friends and I absolutely know that to be true. I hope a Viking will address this issue.

It doesn't work the way Diamonelle says it does for me either! I've had buddies visit me that are not even over the level to get on the Apartment balcony, from them I get the chests and see them so I am not sure I understand what Diamonelle is talking about.

any of my buddies can visit me and I should see them as I've only got 155 ( approx) I can see ALL of my buddies too
but yeah they visit leave a message and nope I don't see them either

My husband had the 1000 buddies but only sees 500 or so on his buddy list ones under his lowest which I think was level 270 he can't see at all as his buddy list only goes so far ... its confusing

Well good for you that your visits all work. I'm very happy for you. However mine don't and I wish a Viking would reply. Viking Andrew asked me to explain the problem I'm having and I did, however I haven't heard back from him.

This is the way with a lot of our friends. We have even tried unbuddying each other and then becoming buddies again, but to no avail. It seems that I can do coin runs with everyone except my closest friends.

I am aware of that feature I have a few categories/folders .. one has just Canadian Players .. There are a few players that change their name so I put those players in their own category/folder

Oh okay. Even though I am Canadian I have very few Canadian Buddies in my Buddy List and some I had quit playing years ago. That's good that method of visiting work's for you. That way is too time consuming for me as my Visitor's are at many different Levels. When I visit from my list I can get all 10 done in less than a minute and I only click the big visitor box, then I move on to my next visit.
