- First, I cannot send in ticket about any of these issues a shaded screen covers my room and cannot put in my code.
- Second cannot visit friends.
-Third cannot go to any events.
- Forth when I'm able to go to one of my houses half the Items are missing on my screen.
- Fifth I have CLEANED out all cookies etc.
-Sixth I did not have this problem until after that new GEM enter.
-Seventh I can open gifts only starting today but couldn't for days.
-Nineth I cannot open tier chest from GEM.

Was wondering if anyone else is dealing with these issues lately?

Happy Yo birthday -- I do think we are going to see a more responsive game .... I hope so

it might have been countless things that got in the way creating those issues, so I do try not to be off the hook about every disconnect etc

But patterns do wear us down, and I do think that BVg should know when we are having repeated issues - but it would take a formal word from them as to what they want to know and how they would like to be told ??

I've honestly never really had to many problems that didn't get fixed with-in 24 hours, but these issues were lasting days and to many at once. And not being able to summit a ticket had me coming here just to see if others were dealing with the same issues and hoping a Viking would see it. I am a very patient person, just didn't want to have it lingering for too long.

Glad it started working for you. It can sure be super frustrating when things aren't working.
