Hey! Firstly… I wondered if anyone knew whether how we can determine whether a “free gift” item is tradeable? I understand that most of them arent, however a small number of free gifts can still be traded amongst players.

Anyway…! If the above is possible, I’m hoping to start a museum with all of the free gift items available in game. I’m thinking the Yo Mugs, Tesla Ball, Jack-in-The-Box, Sky Juice, Toy Robots and all of it!!

If anyone has spares and is happy to pass it on, I would love to pay you for it or exchange for something you’d like. Was going to originally put this in trading, but would appreciate an answer to the above if anyone is aware? :balloon:

Also looking for the barrel costume, “I Love YoVille” tshirt and the pop sneakers. I have been looking for those for years

Who could ever forget the cow hides...they came in 4 mootopic colors, Tan, Black and 2 shades of brown.
That site that shall not be named says they are both tradable and giftable.

It would be a very cool idea, but none of the items you listed are tradeable or giftable. Which is kind of a shame for the newer players because a lot that we can't gift is pretty cool. Who knows, maybe you'll find someone who has one of those that for whatever reason escaped that big lock down (they all used to be giftable, sellable, tradeable). I see an occasional antivalentine black candle in the AH & they are also in the locked down group.

I tried to drop of some pop sneakers for you (I have 10 pairs), but they do not appear to be giftable. That site says they are, but they didn't show up when I tried to leave them. (Maybe some are? I know I have a few items in my inventory of which some are giftable and some are not.)

remember, originally everything was giftable. Then hackers figured out how to change the coding on the free items to make them change into more valuable items. Hence the lockdown. Those were probably listed on that site before the lockdown & never updated.

I remember I used to get rid of them somewhere because we had so many? Maybe someone else can remember - either at the realtor, or somewhere else lol

I've just listed some Holiday 10 free gifts in the AH to see if it will work.... :thumbsup:

You could always do it with paint boards. I have a room full of boards that display Yo inventory, it's actually a closet but you could use any items.

Before the hackers descended we used to be able to gift all of the free gifts. Maybe that's how?
