It will not go aways - seems to be an endless loop and requires one to leave game to get rid of it. There is no way to report it while it is running.

mine seems to be on repeat for 2 days now and won't pay out.. i have reported it a bazillion times... only thing that works is to keep refreshing until something else starts playing... we have notified the team but they don't work on the weekends as we all know ... sad face

The same thing is happening to me. It happens when I’m watching ads the mattress ad comes on and then freezes and never gives me my reward. There is a “close” button in the top right hand corner above the ads I use to close them sometimes. After a few times of refreshing I was able to get new ads to come on and I didnt have that problem anymore. It’s still frustrating though and I’m sure it will happen again today.

I have had different ads that do that and since BVG doesn't provide the ads the only thing you can do is keep reporting it! Refreshing the game like other's have said can get you some different ads that will play and pay! The ad provider should be checking all the ads they provide to ensure they work properly in the first place before they release the ads!

Thanks for the comments. It does help to know it is not something i am doing. I will start making tickets on it and hopefully, BigV will contact the ad people.

It's so irritating! I'm wondering though if your not being able to report it is due to your screen resolution/size. I keep mine at 125% and I think if it's over 110% the report and close button is hidden. I don't know if that helps in your case, but thought I'd mention that. I've reported it a zillion times and still keep getting it.

I came here to ask, pretty much, the same question. Good to know it's not just me. I've been reporting that ad for days now. Obviously, nothing is going to be done. (shocker, I know...) This current ad provider BVG is using really sucks. I miss the previous one.

Mattress Firms ads are NOT working on Opera...and I can't do ads on any other browser on the iMac Sequoia 15.6

It comes up over and over and just hangs.

JUST DELETE THIS AD!. :grr

Not only is this ad still broken, it is literally popping up every other ad. I finally stopped trying to watch. Looks like I'll try what Skeet did and report it as explicit.

I'd chew tinfoil for an ad on my screen, even if it freezes.

It's broken most of the time for me on any browser I have tried to use. It's frustrating for sure. It's been reported but so far nothing has changed after 2 weeks. I wish they'd get the ads working period, for everyone.
