the gem event ended 43 minutes ago. it's gone.
tomorrow probably is the beginning of the next one.

now that they have 10 challenges per event, it's a very abrupt ending, the day after we get our scores for challenge 10, it's over.

i hope you cashed in all your gems.

oh no.

well then you can't collect the gems

but you could see your score, sort your house list by "Custom Order Backwards" to see your gem room (in case you didn't know that already).

i wish we had more time off between gem events. it's too long and exhausting now, and the ending is too abrupt. i almost didn't collect my last 800 gems, luckily i got in a half hour before it ended and checked. it's too rushed.

Due to the time difference I was not able to cash out the last lot of gems I'd won in the last challenge too, I'm so upset! I tried so hard too! I have no idea why they end the last gem prize collection so abruptly now!! All that time & effort I put in only for them to take it away so fast!
I thought I had 1 more day left but I forget that that BVG don't work on Australian time!!
Yoworld has become such a RUSH RUSH RUSH RUSH! I think BVG forget people are on different time zones & have real life to contend with as well!
I have missed so many decor deals because they last only 2 days & the time difference means that 1 day is already gone!! The 1 day that is left is gone due to being at work or sleeping-I'm not american so maybe it means I don't get the same respect?? I have money I like to buy the decor deals but they just don't give enough time for anything anymore, not even with the themes now! Just as you get used to a new theme a new one comes along!! rush rush rush rush rush!!!!
I have no idea what is going on with bvg that they have to keep rushing rushing rushing rushing to the point we are all missing out on things because they have such a small time window!
Their rush rush rush is driving my anxiety up because I am missing out on so many things- It's making me no longer enjoy this anymore!
I spent 30 years in customer service & when customers are being rushed..... they will rush away!

There are two things that I don't like about the GE's:

1) The fact that we are required to buy the subpar 50 chests at the start of the challenges. Why are we forced to buy something in order to participate in the GE challenges?

2) The fact that the gems that we have earned during the events are taken from us and do not roll over to the next GE challenge. I do understand that once we hit 500 gems that the gems that they want to give us won't count if it forces our limit of 500 to exceed the max. What I don't get is why they don't let us keep the ones that we have earned through participation in the challenges as some players spend big bucks to fill the bars.

Could always send in a ticket specially if you got a 5.8

I always cash mine in when I have opened up all the tiers which is normally hangout 20 ( I think )
Most of the time I've finished before the 8th quest and this time I didn't even enter 8th and 10th quests as I just wasn't bothered about the prizes .. wasn't interested in golf stuff at all

so basically all I have left is the few from the 5 free ones and sometimes the adding buddies
BUT I use a bit of maths to work out how many gems I'm going to have and if I'm not going to get enough to cash in I don't bother adding the buddies

In the past I have not cashed in gems before it dissapeared so now I make sure I do , theres plenty of time to do it even with the time difference ( I'm in Australia too )
Same with deals I get the full amount of days unless its a flash sale in which case yes in the past all the items had already been sold before I even saw the pop up but thats not the case now they don't sell out.
