If by "message" you mean a support ticket, you would have automatically received a confirmation email that your ticket had been received. As long as you attach an image of your receipt, or include the purchase reg number, they will send you your YoCash.

Is there anything urgent you need to buy using Yocash? If it is something in the store, maybe I can help.
