Game has been freezing off and on for a week!!

HOW ABOUT IT TAKES ME 4 TRIES TO GET IN I HAVE NO FREEZING JUST REFRESH 10 TIMES A DAY AND getting in and i don't care about my caps its a pian to always remember to change them back I'm too old

Freezing has been horrible the last week. Not the computer, it's new.
Everything else is working fine. Just Yofail not playing nice.

As soon as the game loads it freezes and I don't usually have freezing issues even at events.This has been going on since yesterday afternoon. :eh:

I cannot play on chrome anymore, the freezing is ridiculous, ive never had a problem until recently

This is long-term issue with BVG's failure to accept the fact that the problem is their inability to properly stabilize their faulty and unstable servers as well as to publicly acknowledge that THEY'RE the one and only source of said and do their job(s)...

This was NEVER an issue when Zynga handled this game...

To say that it's a full and complete disappointment is an understatement in the long run... :quiet:

I am a Yoworld fan since 2009, I love this game and I play everyday BUT I can not understand why this refreshing and crash problems still have not been fixed :eh:
it is worst everyday.
If things keeps like this BVG will loose a lot of players !! :wailing:

The constant need to refresh because of the freezing is making me so frustrated with playing the game. Ugh.

its not chrome its just the game itself cause im on safari and so is my cousin she also has same issue everyday freezing, not normal freezing like im talking every single time, and then i have a family member who plays on windows, its not our computers its bugs in the game

When they switched owners from zynga to whatever is now, they must not have the same workers fixing the bugs in the game, but for this issue to persist like it is i can only assume the people who take care of these issues are no longer employed cause its a well addressed topic and its still not taken care of

I am using edge browser--the old internet explorer. I don't have any issues however as soon as I go onto chrome, I start freezing again. I know it is not a cure all however it is working right now for me.

Yup i share the same opinion as everyone here, i've also been playing since the Zynga days and i have never seen Yoworld this messy. For me it feels like the server has a time limit, especially now that we still have the discount on everything and i'm looking to buy a cool house or something like that, it's like i can only look at one house at a time before the game freezes on me forcing me to refresh everytime it happens. (Yesterday i had to literally quit playing for the day because i just couldn't bare to see the screen freeze one more time) It's a new and very frustratiing experience especially now that we are getting closer and closer to my favourite season on Yo : Halloween! Plz Bvg do everything you can to fix this very annoying issue!

Ohh well spoke too soon, the discount is now no longer in effect and i'm sure the server these past 2/3 days (when i came back after my long break) had something to do with it.....ty bvg....

Try Brave it really helped me ... my comp is 7yrs old it don't need Chrome being slow as well

If your device doesn't have 8GB of RAM or more, which is what Google recommends, please try another browser

It might make all the difference and it certainly wouldn't hurt you to try:

I am not sure of the age demographic of YoPlayers. I understand, however maybe some don't?

In simple terms-- most people need modern new computers. I am the one to say it. haha
