lol! Did you see earlier - on some thread, I can't remember which one - an avi was wearing what another poster called "an unreleased outfit". How can that be? I"m baffled. If it's unreleased, then how can someone wear it? Serious question.

I'd guess it would be like owning any of the other illegit Free Gift stuff since it was all leaked into the game the same way and Zynga did nothing to stop it.

I would not buy one or try to sell one but if you own one ... ¯\(°_o)/¯

On the community page. He indicated that it wasn't illegal. But i wouldn't suggest anyone buy one. He also indicated that to make it fair for everyone he was looking at arranging for everyone to have them. Making them valueless.
