Hi, I've been recently hacked by a person with ingame name Eddy and account name Edward Yovillian Yovillian. I was naive enough that he almost took my account but took my black bow and other accesories. Other players were also hacked by him too. Can you do something about him pleasee? Thank you.

You can't get hacked unless you click a phishing link or give him your login info. sorry this happened to you, need to be more aware of what you're clicking next time.

you need to give all the info you can think of, including any links you might have clicked - or gave info to and create a help ticket using the help tab in game

that will get this to the place it needs to go and get the attention it deserves. disappointing this is happening. sorry again - no fun at all is it.

You must Report by going to the HELP button in the game, not in the forums.
Do not add people with fake names. YoVillian is not a real name and YoVillian YoVillian is not a real name.
Do not add fake names, Double Accounts,. Do not give out your password.

When you say "hacked" what exactly do you mean. The use of the word hacked means someone got into your account and took your things. To do so, they would need your password. Did you click any links?
Or did you get involved in a gift for a gift game or did you make an uneven trade.
It is important you specify exactly what happened when you send in your help ticket.
