Greg already said early on that everything should be posted in English. If it is not, then what you post needs to contain a translation.

Yes, you need to just create threads here in Spanish, and then "google translate" your post to English and then post the results of that too.
Sí, usted necesita simplemente crear hilos aquí en español, y luego "traductor Google" su mensaje a Inglés y luego publicar los resultados de eso también.

Maybe so but I can understand why they do it. They don't have people who can moderate what is being said in every language, so... *shrug*

why? what about French? German? Italian? Chinese? and I could go on and on.....should he have to hire a person that speaks 50 different languages or worse yet, hire 50 people that speak one language? Got to draw a line somewhere. Maybe he shouldn't hire anyone. Use the translation software that is on the internet? Well, anyone who doesn't speak/write/type English can do the same.

And, no, I'm not giving you a hard time. Just stating how much confusion and the cost it would take to moderate and converse in so many languages.

Zynga was a mess. BVG isn't.

Sure, players can report other players in other languages but BVG won't know if the reports are actually report-worthy since they won't understand what is being said. Other players would simply be able to report someone just because they don't like them.

Are you sure about that? I really have no idea about what Zynga did, but Zynga is a huge company with employees/offices in different parts of the world. I would expect that them finding people who speak multiple languages would be fairly easy compared to a small company like BVG that is located only in one small town in one country with a few employees. Zynga fired/released more employees with one sweep, multiple times, than BVG even has.
