Ive been wondering how to use editing software to make hair accs, etc, but i cant go any futher, i need help and i need it immediately anything would be appreciated, thanks,

I use Gimp 2.4 and Inkscape.

well i use photoshop but there are some free art programs you can use like gimp or inkscape. good luck

Well every YoArtist has a different way of Designing. So just keep trying until you get what you like.
