I am thinking of buying that house (not the FS one, but the normal one) but I would like to know, can you change the walls and floors of that house?

Usually You can, unless the walls have decor on them, if its a plain wall, then yes!

As it is made out of "stage" areas mostly, there's not much wall to worry about but I really would like to change some floors. They look like shiny-something in some areas so I was concerned what if I can not change them...
