Why is it that the forums become a place to tattle for such minor offenses anyways? Report in game if you feel she's doing something wrong and move on.

No...it's not. I don't think it's the right way to play the game but it's not scamming anyone. All players can check badges...she's not hiding anything. Scamming would be claiming to sell one type of item and they switching it for another. Or....taking coins to buy someone a yc item but then don't buy it. Things like that are "scamming".....not begging.
