The face of my female entry is here. It is done using inkscape, without any use of the blur technique, gradients were used instead, thank you :heart:

Vanilla Santa's Son Face Case (Male Entry)
Hair not included in the face case. Only shown as reference but I will be entering the male hair
Eye Wink can be animated or not. I made the animation with Adobe Animate to make things easier.
If you can't do the animation, the stagnant file is also available through Adobe Illustrator. (All files sent) Thank you! :heart:
