I actually do like hearing birds in the morning...but I don't really hear chirping ones as much as I hear the bald eagles that go fishing in the river. I live on a river here in western Washington state. It's pretty cool.

Yes. I have written articles for several publications. My newest (ad)venture was just this past week where I was hired to write 3 500-word articles for a website designer. I was also a volunteer food columnist for a local paper for many years. I write a cooking/lifestyle blog now.

TPBM is into organic and heirloom gardening.
